Delivery Information

The delivery charge of your order depends on the following:

This price will be calculated at the checkout when you have placed your order.

An Post/ Normal Mail €6.00 (weight under 5kg) (Monday - Friday)

Fastway/DPD Delivery Lead Time: 5-7 days €12 (weight under 5kg - 30kg) (Monday - Friday)

Fastway/DPD Delivery Lead Time: 5-7 days €26 (weight over 30kg) (Monday - Friday)

Please ensure you will be at the delivery address to sign for it, maybe give your office address!

Within Ireland we use Fastway and DPD Courier Services.

For deliveries outside the Republic of Ireland, please contact our Sales Team for exact delivery costing and lead times on orders.

Products Ordered - Lead Time on products varies - Please allow from 5 days up to 21 workings days. This is an approximate. An exact lead time of your order will be confirmed on Order Confirmation.

Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. Goods to be returned must be notified to us at info@signsolutions.ie within seven days stating the reason for return. Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be refunded, but only for the cost of the goods less any delivery and packing charges. All approved returns must be organised within 21 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge and packing paid where appropriate.

Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.
